By using our website, submitting a request, accepting a quote, approving a work order, or otherwise engaging us for commercial facility repair or maintenance services, you agree to these terms.
If you use our website or request services on behalf of a company, property owner, tenant, facility, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or request services through it.
A signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, work order, purchase order, or invoice may include additional terms. If those written terms conflict with these website terms, the written terms for the specific job control for that job.
Robust Repairs provides commercial facility repair and maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, flooring, general repairs, and related facility support. Services are provided based on availability, site conditions, technician or subcontractor availability, applicable licensing requirements, and the scope approved in writing or otherwise accepted by the customer.
Website descriptions are general information only. Submitting a website form, email, or voicemail does not guarantee acceptance of a job, emergency dispatch, a particular arrival time, or service in a particular location.
You agree to provide accurate service information, safe and reasonable access to the work area, required site contacts, parking, loading access, permissions, utility shutoffs, and any building rules that apply. You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to approve work at the property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for identifying known hazards, concealed conditions, building access limitations, hazardous materials, special insurance requirements, and permit or owner-approval requirements before work begins.
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared and may change if the scope, site conditions, materials, code requirements, access conditions, or customer instructions change. Additional work, return visits, after-hours work, expedited service, special-order materials, or discovered conditions may require a revised estimate, change order, or additional approval.
We may reschedule work due to weather, safety conditions, material availability, emergency calls, technician availability, property access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment is due according to the applicable invoice, estimate, purchase order, service agreement, or other written terms accepted for the job. If no written payment schedule applies, payment is due upon completion of services or receipt of invoice, whichever occurs first.
Customers are responsible for approved labor, materials, trip charges, diagnostic charges, equipment rentals, permits, disposal costs, taxes, and other charges stated in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Past-due amounts may be subject to collection activity, suspension of future service, and lawful late charges, collection costs, or attorney fees where permitted by agreement and applicable law.
Workmanship and parts warranty terms vary by service type, parts used, manufacturer terms, and the written agreement for the job. Any warranty provided by Robust Repairs applies only to the specific work performed and does not cover unrelated systems, pre-existing conditions, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, customer-supplied materials, hidden defects, normal wear, third-party work, or conditions outside the original approved scope.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms. Warranty service may require reasonable access, documentation, and an opportunity for us to inspect the claimed issue.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. We may charge for mobilization, trip time, special-order materials, or other costs already incurred when a customer cancels, delays, or prevents scheduled work.
We may decline, pause, or stop work if we encounter unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, suspected hazardous materials, unlawful instructions, nonpayment, aggressive conduct, or conditions that materially differ from the approved scope.
