Preventative Maintenance Handyman

About the Role

Based in Topeka, you will manage a route of retail banking locations ensuring each branch meets Robust Repairs standards. Expect steady schedules, recurring visits, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Execute quarterly PM checklists for doors, finishes, signage, and FF&E.
• Perform minor repairs including hardware swaps, drywall patches, and paint.
• Provide photo documentation and note follow-up recommendations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to confirm schedules and material pickups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience.
• Strong customer service skills in occupied environments.
• Ability to manage time independently and travel regionally.
• Basic proficiency with mobile work order apps.
