Lead Renovation Handyman

About the Role

The Lead Renovation Handyman oversees three-to-four person crews completing overnight refresh projects. You will plan shift logistics, assign tasks, and ensure every punch item is signed off before the store reopens.

Responsibilities

• Manage demolition, build-back, and finish scopes within aggressive timelines.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, specialty subcontractors, and inspections.
• Track labor hours, material usage, and variance reports for the project manager.
• Enforce site safety plans and maintain pristine turnover conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading multi-trade crews in retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings and redline as-built updates.
• Experience working overnight or swing schedules.
• Comfortable traveling regionally when project needs shift.
