Commercial Roofing Handyman

About the Role

This role suits a seasoned handyman with strong roofing knowledge and willingness to travel across Arkansas. You will inspect, repair, and document issues to keep high-traffic stores operating safely.

Responsibilities

• Investigate roof and façade leaks, repair flashing, and replace damaged panels.
• Install or reinforce equipment curbs and access ladders.
• Maintain accurate service reports with marked-up roof maps.
• Communicate material needs and escalation paths to project coordinators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing or envelope repair experience.
• Comfortable working at heights with proper fall protection.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate man lifts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide.
