Building Automation Technician

About the Role

You will partner with our mechanical crews to install controllers, program sequences, and optimize schedules on leading BAS platforms. Expect a blend of retrofit and service assignments.

Responsibilities

• Install controllers, sensors, and wired networks for BAS retrofits.
• Program graphics, alarms, and schedules on major BAS platforms.
• Diagnose sequence issues and recommend energy improvements.
• Train facility teams on new interfaces and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with Tridium, Distech, or similar BAS.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, VAVs, and hydronic loops.
• Ability to read control schematics and sequences of operation.
• Excellent client communication skills.
